Terms & Conditions
By booking a service, purchasing a digital product, or placing an order through Alma Cara Studio you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact almacarastudio@gmail.com.

1. Consulting & Business Support Services
This section applies to all consulting services, including but not limited to:
Business Sessions
Strategy or consulting calls
Project-based support
Ongoing or retainer-style “Extra Pair of Hands” support
Scope of Services
A clear outline of the agreed service, scope, timescales and fees will be confirmed in writing (via email or booking confirmation) before work begins. This ensures both parties are aligned on what is included.
Consulting support is practical, hands-on and bespoke, but does not include:
Legal advice
Financial or tax advice
Mental health or mindset coaching
All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Payments & Bookings
All consulting sessions and services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Retainer or project-based work may be invoiced monthly or by milestone, as agreed prior to commencement.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are non-negotiable once agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
One-off sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, subject to availability. We’ll always aim to find a mutually convenient alternative date. Please note that multiple reschedules of the same session aren’t possible — if further changes are needed, a new session will need to be booked.

Any rescheduling requirements requested with less than two weeks’ notice, once a session date has been agreed, are unfortunately not eligible for changing and are non-refundable.
If you cancel within one week of purchase and before a session date has been set, a full refund can be arranged — just get in touch at almacarastudio@gmail.com.

For retainer or project-based work, cancellations and notice periods will be handled in line with the agreed written scope of work. As a guide, this typically requires one month’s notice from either the client or Alma Cara Studio.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver the service
Attend sessions prepared and on time
Understand that outcomes depend on implementation beyond the session itself
Confidentiality
All business information shared during consulting work will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
(Including the Organised Business Hub)
This section applies to all free and paid digital downloads, including:
Checklists
Templates
Guides
Worksheets
Recipe downloads
Access & Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately via download and followed up with a copy via email too.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided at checkout.
Usage
All digital products are for personal or internal business use only.
They may not be:
Shared
Resold
Reproduced
Distributed publicly or privately
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products:
All sales are final
No refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been granted

All downloads are provided for educational and organisational purposes only. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, Alma Cara Studio is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of these materials.
