We want your artwork to arrive safely, securely, and as swiftly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery options, collection, and international shipping.
UK Shipping Options
You’ll be able to select from a range of delivery options at checkout, depending on the size and value of your chosen piece. We offer a mix of standard and tracked courier services — the best fit will be visible when you're completing your order.

Please note: If you do not select a tracked option, we’re unable to track your parcel or offer replacements for missing items. For peace of mind, we always recommend choosing Tracked Shipping.
Local Collection (By Appointment Only)
If you’re local to us (Saffron Walden) and would prefer to collect your order in person, onsite collection is available by prior arrangement. Just choose the collection option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to book a suitable time.
International Orders
We currently offer standardised shipping options for UK addresses only. However, we’re more than happy to ship internationally — we just handle these orders personally.
