I’m Jade, and I’ve spent the last decade building, running and refining businesses from the inside out. This studio exists because I know how powerful it feels when creativity is supported by clarity, structure and good design... not just visually, but operationally too.

The
Art
Alma Cara Studio began as a shared creative space between sisters and has now evolved into so much more.

We’re Jade and Paris - originally from London, now living between Essex and Andalucía - with roots influenced by Irish and Caribbean heritage. Though separated by geography, we remain deeply connected through a shared love of creativity, colour and making things that feel good to live with.
​
My work (Jade) is inspired by the natural world and the emotional response colour and form can evoke. From bold, expressive paintings to more considered, textural pieces, we create contemporary decorative art designed to sit beautifully in real homes and spaces.
​
Each piece is created with care and intention. Original artworks alongside small-batch and limited edition prints. This isn’t about filling walls. It’s about finding something that resonates, lifts a space, and feels like you.
​
From time to time, Paris also shares a small number of individual pieces through the studio too. They tend to be intuitive, expressive works that appear in limited runs and often sell quickly so keep your eyes peeled.
Alongside the art, Alma Cara Studio is also where I support creative businesses who need clarity, structure and some help creating space for growth.
​
Before this studio existed, I spent seven years building Bitesize Bakehouse from the ground up - from kitchen-table experiments to wedding commissions, corporate collaborations, online launches, events, pop-ups and digital products all the way through to a slot on TV and awards for some of my marshmallows. I did the lot.
​
What started as a love letter to baking became my real-world education in what it actually takes to run a sustainable creative business. And along the way, I realised something important.

What I loved most wasn’t just making the product — it was everything around it:

Today, I work hands-on with business owners who are moving fast, juggling a lot, and craving someone who can step in, make sense of things, and help them move forward.
How I Work
My approach is collaborative, bespoke and grounded in real experience. My aim is for our work together to feel calm, practical, and served with zero fluff.
​
I’m not a coach, so I cannot support guiding you through to find your own solutions and I also don’t sell rigid frameworks or overnight transformations. Instead, I work with you - actually ON the business - applying strategic thinking, operational clarity and UX-led design principles to help your business flow better. I will provide specific answers to specific problems so we can find a way through to the best solution.
