Some of the most valuable work doesn't fit neatly into a session or a retainer. It's the full operational redesign. The customer journey audit that spans every touchpoint. The new product or service that needs to be built properly from the ground up. Custom projects are exactly that. They are built around your specific challenge, your context, and what you actually need at the end of it. Not a framework with your name on it. Real work, done well.

What a Custom Project Looks Like

Every project starts with a proper discovery phase. A clear-eyed analytical look at what the challenge actually is (which isn't always what it looks like on the surface), what a meaningful outcome would be, and how we'd get there.

From there, the project is scoped, structured, and delivered with the same rigour you'd expect from an experienced operational design team, just without the agency overheads or the revolving door of account managers!

Once we know what we're solving, we move into development. and start to explore what success in the context of this project actually looks like. This is where ideas get stress-tested, options get weighed, and the right direction starts to take shape

Then comes delivery: building, refining, and handing over something that works in the real world, not just on a slide. Designed to be genuinely usable by you, your team, or whoever comes next.

How It Works

1. Book a Studio Chat - This is a free discovery call with no-obligations other than to dig into all your questions. An initial conversation to understand the project, assess fit, and make sure we're both clear on what's involved.

2. Scoping & Proposal - If we want to take it further after this, I would then create a detailed written proposal for you to review that contains a proposed scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment.

3. The Work - An agreed and structured project delivery with regular check-ins, documented outputs at every stage, and a clear line of communication throughout.

 

4. Handover Everything documented, explained, and handed over in a way that makes it genuinely usable
