What types of artwork do you sell?


We offer original one-of-a-kind artworks, high-quality prints, and a curated collection of artful extras like bookmarks, gift tags, and notecards.

How can I place an order?


Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items to the cart, and checkout securely online.

Alternatively, you can contact us via almacarastudio@gmail.com to arrange an onsite visit to purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?

Yes! We’re happy to offer gift wrapping and can include a handwritten note — just leave us a message at checkout or email us direct (almacarastudio@gmail.com) if you are arranging a purchase as a surprise gift and we can chat through how to make it extra special for your giftee!

Can I request a custom or bespoke piece?

 

Absolutely! We love working on bespoke commissions. Please email us at almacarastudio@gmail.com to discuss your ideas to get the conversation started or your can click through to find out more about the process here.

How long does it take to complete a bespoke order?


Timelines vary depending on the complexity, but typically range from 2–6 weeks. We’ll confirm details and timing when you get in touch. Depending on current workloads, we can also work to your timeframes too so if you have a date in mind that you need the artwork for, please let us know.

How do I care for my artwork?


Keep your pieces out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For framed works, occasional gentle dusting with a dry cloth is all they need.

What sizes are available for your originals and prints?


Each product listing includes size details — if you need custom sizing, feel free to ask!

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! While our website lists UK shipping options as standard currently, we’re happy to arrange international delivery. Please email us for a shipping quote direct - almacarastudio@gmail.com

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

 

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

 

Ready-made items typically dispatch within 2–5 working days. We’ll send you a dispatch email so you know when it’s on the way.

How will I know when my order has shipped?


You’ll receive an email confirming dispatch, along with tracking details if you selected tracked shipping.

​

Can I collect my order in person?


Yes, onsite collection is available by prior appointment — just let us know at checkout or via email.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?


Please contact us (almacarastudio@gmail.com) immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

​

Do you offer tracked shipping?


Yes, and we highly recommend it! If you choose a non-tracked option, we unfortunately can’t replace lost parcels.

Returns & Exchanges
 

What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping. Please also note, this does not apply to bespoke or commission art works. See below.

Can I return bespoke or personalised items?


Bespoke, commissioned, or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty. If for any reason your item arrives damaged please take photos and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) to confirm this. We will work as quickly as we can to rectify this issue for you. 

​

How do I arrange a return or exchange?


Email us at almacarastudio@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

We would ask you to return the item in its original packaging, and as received, to us and when we have received the item back safely, we will arrange a refund. Please note, although we offer refunds for the items themselves, we cannot refund postage costs and customers are responsible for return postage also.

How do I commission a custom piece?

Can I request specific colours or themes in a bespoke piece?


Yes! We love creating pieces that reflect your personal style. The more information and guidance you can provide the better so share whatever you feel is relevant.

Can you recreate a sold original as a commission?


While we don’t replicate sold originals, we’re happy to create a new, "inspired by" piece just for you. Please reach out directly to us to discuss - almacarastudio@gmail.com

Where are you based?


We’re a UK-based studio working out of Saffron Walden but we creating and shipping worldwide.

​

Do you have a physical store or studio I can visit?


At the moment, we’re online-only — but local collection and onsite viewing of artworks are available by appointment.

Can I feature your work in my shop or gallery?


We’d love to chat! Yes please - Please email us (almacarastudio@gmial.com) to discuss collaborations or wholesale opportunities.
