Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right though, please get in touch — we’re here to help. Below you will find more information on how we will process a return or exchange should this be necessary.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at almacarastudio@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Let us know the reason for your return, and we’ll do our best to resolve things promptly.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original sale condition — undamaged and safely packaged.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund or offer an exchange for an item of equal value (your choice).
     

Bespoke, Commissioned & Personalised Items

Please note: custom pieces, commissions, and personalised artwork are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

We take great care to communicate clearly during the creative process to ensure you’re happy with the final result, but if something isn’t right with your order, do reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Refund Details

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs (from your initial order) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.

 

After 30 Days

Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any concerns at all or need help selecting a replacement, don’t hesitate to reach out — we want you to love what you receive.
