Paris' Art
Hello! I’m Paris, the younger sister in our duo, and definitely the wild one of the family.
My family has lovingly dubbed me the "alien" because of my weird and wonderful ways—I’m always up to something quirky! By day, I’m a secondary school art teacher, a job that perfectly suits my high energy and creativity. I’ve always loved working with kids and teens, probably because I’m a big kid at heart myself.
I’m never short on energy or ideas, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping young minds explore their own creativity.
About My Art
Creating and making things has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Give me a pen and paper, and you’ll soon find it covered in doodles or folded into a little sculpture—anything to express the ideas that are constantly buzzing around in my head. My inspiration comes from the natural world, and I have a particular fascination with animals. One of my all-time favorite pieces is a triptych of a tiger that now hangs proudly over my nephew’s bed. I love working on a large scale, where I can really zoom in on the details, playing with hard contrasts, bold colors, and creating dramatic, impactful images.
How I got here
My journey into the world of art started after school when I took a foundation year at Bournemouth University, specialising in fashion. From there, I went on to earn a degree in graphic design and illustration, which opened up a world of creative possibilities for me.
Teaching was a natural next step, combining my love for art with my passion for inspiring others. In 2014, I made the big move to Andalucía, Spain, where I’m now living my best life, teaching art at a secondary school. It’s a joy to help young people find their inspiration and use art as an outlet for their emotions and ideas.
Why My Artwork Would Be Great in Your Home
My artwork is perfect for those who love the thrill and beauty of nature in its most dramatic forms. If you’re someone who embraces bold colors, dynamic imagery, and the untamed energy of the natural world, then my art would be a fantastic addition to your home. It’s all about bringing a sense of movement and life into your space, capturing those wild, raw moments in nature that stir the soul.
