Your session is designed to give you maximum value. If, after reviewing your completed questionnaire, I feel I’m not the right fit to support you or your business effectively, I will issue a full refund.

This ensures that every session is meaningful, practical, and tailored to your needs.

After purchasing a session, you will receive an automated confirmation email, followed by a personalised email to arrange your session date and provide pre-session materials.

To ensure the session is effective and I can do the necessary pre-work, your session date must be booked and confirmed within 6 months of purchase, with pre-session materials submitted before that date. I will always work around your commitments as much as possible, but time is held specifically for you once a session is purchased, and it must be redeemed to maintain a fair practice for all clients.
